The Inspection and Certification Body TUV AUSTRIA HELLAS has recently successfully completed the certification of our company according to the requirements of standards FSC-STD-40-004 V3.1 & FSC-STD-50-001 V2.1, which certify paper management based on responsible forest management practices through sustainable forestry.
FSC certification provides the link between responsible forest management and the consumption of forest-based products (such as timber, paper), enabling consumers to purchase products that protect the environment and human value, and businesses to add value to their products.
The scope of the certification concerns the “Trading of advertising brochures and printed materials – FSC Mix-FSC Credit-Transfer system.”
What is FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council)
The organization was founded in 1993 and is a global non-profit organization aiming for the sustainable management of forests worldwide. The work of FSC® is supported by environmental and labor organizations, representatives of indigenous peoples, and numerous companies active in the forestry and timber sectors.
