Everything that happened at Anuga 2023

It was our pleasure to once again attend the Anuga World Food Exhibition, which took place in Cologne from October 7 to 11.

During the days we spent at the exhibition, we had the opportunity to discover all the latest trends in the food industry—from groundbreaking products that promote well-being, to the materials used in packaging production.

Key pillars of the exhibition that we observed at the booths we visited included the adoption of innovative techniques, initiatives for sustainable growth, and efforts to enhance traceability.

Finally, while at the exhibition, we were also delighted to meet with Greek companies making notable efforts in the challenging waters of global competition, as well as with our partners, such as Zoi Saranti from the Hellenic Dairies group.

This year’s experience at the World Food Exhibition once again inspired us and sparked ideas that we look forward to sharing with our partners.
